to make a full-mineral charged water–
1/4 c restore
1 pint mason jar
water to below 1″ of neck
add all ingredients to jar, secure lid, and shake well. Let sit for 1 hour and up to overnight. If there is sediment in the bottom the water is fully charged, if not add 1/8–1/4 c restore and repeat the process
suggested use–using a plastic or wooden spoon, put 1 tsp of restore water in a glass, and add 8oz of filtered water and drink.
you can also put 1-2 T of restore in a bath or foot soak
